N_RUNELIT stays a separate arm (no float check, unlike cstage's
INTLIT grouping). Not byte-id-neutral (if-chain -> switch); 990-997
cstage==wwstage byte-id is the functional-equivalence gate. w6c +
wwdump combined.ww regenerated.
