test/wcc: M4 E0 — record combined-epoch golden .s manifest (#22)
Before M4 deletes the combined.ww embedding (byte-id-moving), capture a golden record of the combined codegen oracle while both build paths still exist. The manifest pins the md5 of the combined-path .s emitted by the pinned w6c_ww for the five bootstrap targets, plus the five combined-epoch binary md5s, with a regen procedure. Re-derivable from the m4-combined-epoch tag, so a future sep-path regression stays drift-checkable against last-known-good combined output. Data-only; the five wwstage binary pins are unchanged.
